We implemented an investment project in the village of Sheynovo building a NEW assembly production installation for biomass processing from round timber to finished product – ECO PELLETS class A1 /certificate aligned/. The project has been financed mainly with own resources and co-financed under the Rural Development Programme / Measure 123 /.

ECO PELLETS are pure fuel, neutral in terms of carbon dioxide /with a “zero greenhouse effect” and “zero emissions” and upon combustion it generates as much or less carbon dioxide than the one absorbed by the plant from the air in the stages of growing/ .

WE produce the ECO PELLETS of crushed biomass, pressed and adhered under high pressure and high temperature /degradation of natural wood lignin/. Compared to the firewood and other sources of energy, the pellets produce more heat upon combustion, increasing the efficiency of the boiler installations, do not require large storage area and do not self-ignite.

This facilitates the automation of the refueling process of the firing systems upon their combustion. Therefore the production and usage of wood ECO PELLETS globally boom over the last decade. The biomass, bio-pellets in particular, play a strategic role in achieving the energy objectives of the European Union.OUR project focuses entirely on the environmental protection, as we’ve organized a waste-free production cycle with no harmful emissions and full utilization of industrial wastes.
